Antimetabolite/folate antagonist used in oncology, including ALL, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Burkitt lymphoma and osteosarcoma. Dose varies dramatically according to indication and protocol.

For the cited preservative-free 100 mg/mL product: 20–25°C, excursions 15–30°C; protect from light. Methotrexate is a hazardous drug require appropriate handling.
