Beta Drugs Limited (“Beta”) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 66.09% stake in Nivian Lifesciences Private Limited (“Nivian”). Nivian is among the fastest growing, scaled-up branded formulations business in India with a strong presence in In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) therapy.
This acquisition further cements Beta as a leader in development and marketing of complex branded formulations in India and export markets. Beta is among the leading companies in India in development, manufacturing and marketing of branded formulations in complex therapies of Oncology and Cosmetic Dermatology.
